In 2015, I started working with the iShopFood team on integrating their new online ordering solution into my 105 branches across the province. A priori, the integration of these avant-garde technologies seemed to me laborious, but knowing that the market was going more and more towards the order online, I decided to try the experiment, with success. iShopFood, in addition to being profitable, optimized part of the ordering process by improving the experience offered to my clients. In addition, I now have a solution for my catering service and order directly at the tables in my restaurants.
I am writing this letter to recommend to all food and beverage establishments to take advantage of the expertise of this young and innovative team with a product 100% built in Quebec.
