The team developed this menu from regional products and forest edibles.

Made from malted grains from the region, fruit and forest ingredients, beers brewed by owner Francis Boisvert are only available at the microbrewery. In addition to the essential blondes, white and IPA, you will find on the lines funky beers and sometimes aged in barrels produced in limited quantities.
